Vitamin Water and What Manufacturers Don’t Want You to Know
Not too long ago people began noticing that there was a problem with their city’s drinking supply. Soon after, a health scare surfaced and many people panicked. Realizing that a profit could be made from their fears, bottling companies began to offer a safer alternative direct from Mother Nature’s finest springs for a price. Then they realized an even bigger profit could be made, thus vitamin water was born.
So without a doubt, consumers flocked towards this new health drink because everyone knows that in order to stay healthy we need vitamins. But what we’re assuming is the ultimate health aid could actually be causing more harm than good.
That’s because manufacturers didn’t just add vitamins to their so-called bottled health drink. If you take a look at the ingredients label on that bottle you’ll also find sugar. And in case you haven’t already noticed, people prefer flavor over bland. So in order to make an idea enticing, manufacturers know that they have to give us a treat.
In our eyes we see that as a great solution to keeping us happy while keeping our bodies healthy. In reality the manufacturers see it as great way to fool us into buying their product while they’re laughing all the way to the bank. They know that sugar is addictive and they know we’ll continue to come back for more.
But there are dangerous consequences to our bad habits. Sugar can actually raise our blood sugar levels, which can lead to diabetes, depression, panic attacks, mood swings, and obesity.
And if you think you’re not consuming enough of the stuff to really be a concern, think again! On average we consume at least 21 tablespoons of sugar per a day without even realizing it. Sugar is hidden is almost everything we consume and drink!
So before you grab another bottle of your favorite vitamin water, consider the consequences and ask yourself if it’s really worth it. If you don’t, you may find your healthy efforts were all for nothing and that would be an unfortunate thing.

Why Vitamin Water Is Presently One Very Popular Product On The Market?
![]()
Some of the products Produced by Energy Brands includes, vitamin water, fresh water, fruit water and vitamin energy and these also happen to be the main products that these company produces. Virtually all of these products are made from fruit products and vitamins which are well-thought-of components when it comes to sound hydration and the proper operation of the body. The people of New York City had a water panic just before the start of the year 1920. These panic led to the establishment of this company in the mid 1920 with the intent of supplying people with clean, fit and nutritive water. The composition of the vitamin water is pretty complex, as it relies on the Vitamin B complex composite and on the antioxidant Vitamin E and C vitamins; the sweetening is crystal clear fruit sugar accomplished by citric acrid and a variety of flavors.
Its crucial to note that Vitamin water contains only distilled and deionized water enriched with a diversity of herbal extracts. Each flavored variety has a distinct vitamin and mineral structure: Thus, Tropical Citrus relies on guarani and vitamin B, Kiwi vine and Strawberry on vitamin A and lute in, whereas the Raspberry-Apple includes vitamin C and zinc. There are quite a little of other combinations each of them with a very likable title; vitamin water with names like “Revive”, “Defense”, “Balance”, “Energy”, “B-Relaxed” and so on, cannot but impact the target client with the pro-health message.

Vitamin water is currently one very popular product on the market, due to the efforts many people are Taking towards healthy sustenance and hydration habits. Nevertheless, there are several objections to the broad or exclusive use of vitamin water on a even basis. The first thing comes from the fact that there are chemical substances like the “citric acid” in the composition, which is not precisely completely innocuous and friendly for the body. Then, many people may wonder about the flavors and the color pigments of vitamin water: are they natural? Do they use herbal extracts? Another scientific regard is centralized on the use of fructose as a sweetener.
Apparently, recent studies have discovered the fact that fruit sugar is a compound that when exploited in excess can dissemble the liver function. Hence, it may be a fruit extract, but not all scientists regard it safe too. Therefore, we could decidedly say that opinions are pretty divided up when it comes to reviewing a product like vitamin water. The thing is that for many people this type of drink is the fitter option to soft drinks: there’s no sugar, and the vitamin supplementation brings the rise of vigor the body needs. Consequently, it is up to each and every one of us to decide whether vitamin water works or not.

Water Vitamins and Minerals

Most people may realize that vitamins and minerals are two different things, but they probably do not know what vitamins and minerals their body needs and what they are good for. Vitamins, for example, are essential to life; regulate metabolism and assist the processes that release energy from digested food.
They also work with enzymes as co-enzymes, enabling the body to perform its activities, or build and feed cells. Vitamins are also either water soluble or fat soluble.
This is important because vitamins must have an effective way of being broken down within the body, otherwise they are not used and passed through the body. This is actually best evident in most vitamin pills or supplements you can buy in stores or on-line.
Most of these company’s vitamins are not water or fat soluble enough for the body to ever break them down. I often refer to them as vitamin bricks. While you think you are getting all of that vitamin C you are buying, it is probably passing right through you. This has often been referred to as “expensive pee.”
Just be careful and do your research. Like I said a reputable company will be able to provide you with information that proves that its vitamins are of the highest potency and purity and are very soluble.
So what are the fat soluble vitamins? They are: vitamin A, D, E, and K. Beta-carotene is also a fat soluble vitamin.
Fat soluble vitamins are stored in body tissues and require the presence of fatty acids in order to be transported and absorbed. Fat-free diets, for example interfere with the absorption of these vitamins and can create possible deficiencies.

What about water soluble vitamins? They are: B-complex, which consists of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12. Biotin, vitamin C, and Folic Acid are also water soluble vitamins.
Water soluble vitamins must be regularly consumed, and replenished within the body. Water soluble vitamins should be consumed or taken at divided times throughout the day. That is one reason it is best to eat a few small meals throughout the day than eat one or two giant meals.
Water soluble vitamins are not stored in the body, and therefore they are quickly depleted. Unlike animals, we cannot produce any Vitamin C in our bodies, therefore it is essential that you pay attention to how much vitamin C you are consuming, that is the only way your body will get enough to be healthy.
Well enough about vitamins, lets talk about minerals. Minerals are needed for the proper composition of body fluids. They are also needed for the building and formation of blood and bones as well as building and feeding cells.
The minerals you need are: Calcium, sodium, magnesium, boron, copper, cobalt, chromium, Iodine, sulpher, manganese, selenium, iron, vanadium, zinc, potassium, silicon, and phosphorus.
Minerals are needed in varying amounts and, like vitamins, are crucial to the body’s health. Minerals also give you sustained energy.
The best way to get your proper amount of vitamins and minerals is through your diet (vitamins and minerals are easily broken down within food). However, many of us do not have the time or money necessary to create a perfect diet for ourselves that contains just the right amount of vitamins and minerals.
That is why many people rely on supplements as well as their diet to give them the vitamins and minerals they need. But if you are going to buy any vitamin or mineral supplements you need to do your research and make sure they are of the highest quality, and most importantly that they are going to be broken down within your body and not just pass through you.
A good company will give you access to this information before you buy. You can make sure that the vitamin and mineral supplements you are buying are of highest quality by making sure that the company you buy from has a proven track record of success, plenty of testimonials, and a money back guarantee. If their products work they will guarantee them, otherwise they have something to hide.

Vitamin Water
You’ve probably read many articles telling you why you should take vitamins. You know, the normal stuff about nutrition depletion in food, how the FDA now recommends that you take vitamins, bad farming methods, etc, etc.But this article is not going to be about that. I want to go over 3 reasons that you might not want to take vitamins, and answer each objection.First of all, vitamins can be expensive. Some are not, but some are. You could spend anywhere from ten dollars to hundreds of dollars a month on vitamin supplements. But is cost really the issue? I don’t think so! The real issue is a cost-vs-benefit ratio. An expensive vitamin that gives you benefits is better than a cheap one that doesn’t. So the real answer to the cost of vitamins is finding the product(s) that gives you the best results for your money.
Secondly, vitamin supplements don’t work. They don’t improve your health. Well, at least that is what some people would like you to believe. The truth is that some or perhaps even many supplements don’t work. But there are also many vitamin supplements that do work. The key is to do your research, so you can find and use the products that work!

Thirdly, your doctor either doesn’t recommend that you use a vitamin supplement, or your doctor can’t tell you which to use. Well, that is not uncommon. To put it plainly, most doctors are far from experts in nutrition. Even the best doctors often know little about nutrition. If you need help choosing a vitamin product, get help from someone who is an expert in nutrition – such as a naturopath or nutritionist.
The truth is, there is no good reason you shouldn’t be taking a vitamin supplement – so if you aren’t taking one already, start today!
